While arguing before the Delhi bench of ITAT against Congresss petition seeking stay on proceedings against the party, the tax departments senior standing counsel had said the action by tax authorities did not cause any hardship to the party as it had disclosed a corpus of Rs 657 crore and cash and cash equivalent of Rs 388 crore at the end of March 2023...
