The bench said the report revealed there were not only two incidents of sexual harassment or rape as mentioned in social media posts, but there are incidents of molestation, rape, discrimination, homophobia, favouritism, suppression of voices, lack of existence of ICC, lack of info to students about ICC...

In the light of the report, HC decided to form a high-level investigation into GNLU's affairs by a competent authority that can also act against erring administrators and faculty, noting that there are allegations against the registrar, the director as well as against male members of the faculty..

The judges further said that the report named the persons responsible for the suppression of students' voices, and allegations have been made against some of the male members of the faculty..
