Meanwhile, Lalit Mohan Jha, the key accused in the Parliament security breach incident, was arrested and terrorism charges were filed against the four accused under the stringent UAPA. Eight Delhi Police personnel were also suspended over the incident. The Winter Session of the Parliament, which began on December 4, will run till December 22.
