The report by IndexTap.com said that the flat was purchased under Bhatt's production house Eternal Sunshine Production Pvt Ltd with a stamp duty of Rs 2.26 crore..
Meanwhile, Bhatt's in-laws also have a grand eight-storey bungalow 'KrishnaRaj', which was bought by Neetu and the late Rishi Kapoor in 1980, in Pali Hill..
The new skyscraper also has a special space dedicated to the late 'Hum Tum' star, the report said.. There is space for recreational activities like a swimming pool, and an office floor for the Bollywood stars to hear their movie scripts...
