We believe there will be Rs 1-1.5 lakh crore fundraise via QIPs, deleveraging of balance sheets, a lot of consolidation happening in consumer sector and in pharma sector where equity is literally being used as a source of capital for those acquisitions...

So, yes, for a lot of companies which have significant private equity investors, the norm is that they get priced expensively, but from post return perspective, investors have made money largely across products on the main board listing and you are going to see some very large deals come off this year, especially laid out by digital and infra space...

This includes Rs 66,413 crore as additional borrowing for reforms completed in 2021-22 and 2022-23. Proceeds from the offering will be used to pay down debt. The company reported revenues of Rs 4,386 crore for FY22 and has a market share of 8%. The book-running lead managers are Axis Capital, HSBC Securities and Capital Markets, Citigroup Global Markets India, and JM Financial.
