Chief Minister and leader of the BRS party, K Chandrasekhar Rao, announced the party's manifesto for the assembly elections which are slated for November 30..

"The BRS after coming to power will give each gas cylinder at Rs 400 to 'eligible beneficiaries' and the remaining cost will be borne by the state government," the manifesto said...

In addition to expressing confidence that his party would retake power, Rao stated that the BRS's pledges will materialise six to seven months after the government was formed...
