If you've recently changed your residence or moved to a new city, you can easily modify your address on the voter ID card by filling out 'Form 8' on the National Voter's Service portal website at https://voters.eci.gov.in/...

On the home screen youll see a banner that reads, Shifting of residence/correction of entries in existing electoral roll/replacement of EPIC/marking of PwD along with Form 8 button on it..
