The evidence of birthday parties, functions, musical programmes manifests the familiarity of accused no 1 and 2 (Ambani and Babaria), however, there is no evidence that the said familiarity between them had ripened to design or to do any criminal act in association, the court said...

Nothing more and nothing less, the court said, stating that the motive for alleged participation of the accused cannot be gathered from evidence and a necessary meeting of minds to prove conspiracy is not proved beyond reasonable doubt..
