With skyscraping returns of nearly 180% over the last one year, stocks in the real estate sector have left little room for comfort, experts opine, as they cautioned investors against valuation outstretch and recommended toning down...

"All I am saying is be cautious of some of the valuation outstretch and when you get these big brokerage calls of absurd returns, I have a simple view having worked so many years with FIIs and others, when fools sell you should be buying, when fools buy you should be selling," the analyst said.. Feroze Azeez, Deputy CEO, of Anand Rathi Wealth said that people should exit out of real estate..
