CM was granted bail in relation to an ED complaint over skipping its summonses in the excise policy case.. Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva, however, claimed ED was working independently, but Kejriwal was repeatedly flouting the law..

After disrespecting the summonses, which he earlier claimed were illegal, he has now taken bail, confirming their validity," Sachdeva said..
