Addressing a press conference, Atishi said ED had now served summonses to the chief minister in two different cases related to the liquor excise policy and Delhi Jal Board (DJB)...

Calling the DJB case "fabricated", Delhi finance minister pointed out that legal validity of previous summonses in the excise policy case had already been challenged by Kejriwal and there would be arguments over its legitimacy soon...

CM was granted bail in relation to an ED complaint over skipping its summonses in the excise policy case.. Delhi BJP president Virendra Sachdeva, however, claimed ED was working independently, but Kejriwal was repeatedly flouting the law..

After disrespecting the summonses, which he earlier claimed were illegal, he has now taken bail, confirming their validity," Sachdeva said.. Unhappy with the words used by Atishi in her press conference, Sachdeva said the conduct and language of the AAP leaders was a "testament to their character"..
