Light to moderate scattered to fairly widespread rainfall/snowfall was very likely in Arunachal Pradesh till February 7 and isolated to scattered rainfall in Sub-Himalayan West Bengal, Sikkim, Assam, Meghalaya, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur and Tripura during the same period...

"A fall in minimum temperatures by 2-4 degrees Celsius was predicted over many parts of Northwest India till February 8 and no significant change thereafter," the IMD said...
