So in this edition of Contramoney, I will lay out the three more questions that Sebi should be asking..

While everyone is gloating over the massive growth in the number of mutual fund investors and demat accounts, the fact is that the number of registered investment advisors and research analysts continues to be abysmal..

But the fact is that including the mis-selling question asked by Sebi, these questions perhaps address the most pressing needs of a lay investor..

Generally, the aim is to limit mis-selling, boost the supply of independent advice, and install guardrails so investors dont get sucked into gambling easily..
