13, Oct, 23AAP Rajya Sabha MP Sanjay Singh has been sent to 14-day judicial custody by Delhi's Rouse Avenue Court in connection with the Delhi Excise policy money laundering case. The Enforcement Directorate (ED) had extended Singh's remand by three days earlier this month. The ED alleges that Singh and his associates demanded a bribe to clear liquor licenses, causing losses to the state exchequer.
